unfriendday Join Jimmy Kimmel For National UnFriend Day On November 17th

Jimmy Kimmel's National UnFriend Day - November 17th

About once a year most people feel the need for a fresh start, and it starts with their social life. Whether it’s wiping out your ex-girlfriend’s number off your phone or deleting your Myspace so the pedophiles stop lurking your photos, sometimes a fresh change is what’s needed.

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Jimmy proposed a new holiday – National UnFriend Day. On this day, November 17th, Jimmy asks that everyone go through their Facebook accounts and delete all of the people you either don’t talk to or frankly don’t give a rat’s ass about. Sounds pretty genius to us!

What do you think? Will you dump Facebook friends you don’t know? Or are you comfortable with hundreds of strangers seeing your status?
