Bob Marley's One Love

Bob Marley may have died in 1981, but his music continues to live on and inspire well after his death. While his recording are available in virtually all stores, live concerts of the legend are hard to come by.

Back in September, we found out that Bob Marley’s family was in the midst of losing all of the songwriter’s recorded material. Worries that we may never get another Marley release we circulating.

However, news came this morning that the masses will be treated to one more [lastfm link_type=”similar_artist_radio”]Bob Marley [/lastfm]release – a live recording of the Stanley Theatre in Pittsburgh on September 23, 1980. A recording titled “Uprising, Live Forever”, also known as Bob Marley’s final live performance before his death.

The release will be a special 2-disk extended edition, featuring some of Bob Marley’s best known songs as well as some deeper cuts.
