There is no disputing the fact that Metallica is at the top of Heavy Metal Mountain and have reigned atop since their start in the early 80’s.

As Gods of Metal and the leaders of the Big 4 (along side Anthrax, Slayer, and Megadeath), Metallica has seen its fair share of haters out there.

People try to pull out all the stops to put down and shun people listening to Metallica, but all we have to say is Haters Gonna Hate, Bro.

Metallica started there raise to the top in the early 80’s in Los Angeles.

Writing such metal masterpieces like Kill ‘Em All, Ride the Lighting, Master of Puppets, and… And Justice For All it seemed that Metallica already craved their name into the pantheons of metal.

Then 1991’s Metallica came out (also known as The Black Album).

The Black Album was Metallica’s crossover album from Gods of Metal to head of the entire music scene itself.
