There was once a time when alcohol, one of the most readily available drugs in the world, was completely illegal in the United States. After some frustrating years where people just made it themselves, illegal obtained it, or suffered in this thing called the Great Depression, the American government finally got the hint and made alcohol legal again.

It seems like something is similar is happening with marijuana. Despite being illegal for years, marijuana has been used for both medical and recreational use for decades with much negative physical or mental repercussions.

States like Colorado and Washington took that and the undeniable interest in their citizens to smoke it as a sign to legalize. Now Public Policy Polling reports by the Marijuana Policy Project say that intoxicated fate is not far for fifty percent of Americans within the next ten years
reports the LA Weekly via Public Policy Polling.

Without the ready availability of Hostess cakes, we don’t know how long these numbers will last or their validity, but at least stoners can satisfy their gourmand cravings with some pizza-scented perfume and some bombass nachos.
