If you were like us and hiding in your heavy-curtained room all weekend watching crappy French films on Netflix, you might have missed the news that someone under the name of McDonald’s hacked into Burger King’s twitter account for a good, oh, hour or so, changing pictures to McDonalds branded ones, showing Getty Pictures of people shooting up in the veins and talking about how Burger King employees are snorting Percocet into the bathroom.

McDonald’s adamantly denied any part in the hacking:

While Patrick Carney, masquerading as Justin Bieber all weekend long, is re-tweeting news about the Burger King hack to his account, making people speculate that he’s the one behind it.

Luckily, John Stamos of Full House fame is on his side:

And a ton of people think the ACTUAL culprit was hacking group Anonymous.

But now Jeep, MTV, BET got hacked too?

OR, was it just a publicity stunt because when Burger King was hacked they got 30 thousand new followers in an hour?

Either way, JACK FM sort of feels left out. 😦
