Mick Jagger’s Stolen Hair Up For Auction

If you are a voodoo priestess with a grudge against the Rolling StonesMick Jagger than you’re in luck. Apparently, the grandmother of Jagger’s girlfriend in the ’60s, model Jean Shrimpton, lobbed off a lock of Jagger’s hair while he wasn’t looking.

According to Rolling Stone, Jean’s sister Chrissie Shrimption told UK auction house Bonham’s that “unbeknown to her at the time, this lock was saved by her grandmother when Mick and Chrissie were staying at her parents’ farm. Apparently, on her grandmother’s death, the hair passed to Chrissie’s aunt and when she died, the hair was returned to Chrissie by a cousin taking care of personal effects.”

There’s no word if there were any genetic tests done on the hair to prove it is indeed Jagger’s, but Bonham’s doesn’t expect fans to care about the authenticity of the creepy bodily artifact.

Encased in a “small paper envelope inscribed” ‘Mick Jagger’s hair after being washed + trimmed by Chris at Rose Hill Farm,'” the hair is expected to get upwards of $2,300 and $3,100 with proceeds going to theĀ  Changing Faces charity.

Cloning yourself a Jagger plus helping those in need? It’s a win-win for any Rolling Stones weirdo out there.
