Original Black Sabbath Drummer Bill Ward Makes Fine Art With Drum Sticks

It’s already July. That means you only have six months to get that totally random but unique gift for your heavy metal lover. Coal in his chainmail stocking won’t work this year, but if you wanna max out your credit card, you might have him ecstatically biting the heads off reindeers if you get him some fine art created by OG Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward.

Ward’s newest art collection is appropriately entitled “Rhythm on Canvas.” The art is centered aground rhythm pioneers and for Ward’s art he uses drum sticks that light up. The lights are translated to canvas and become highly-textured abstract art. Of course, every art piece is limited and signed by Ward. They vary in size and cost, so if you can’t afford the ginormous 106″ by 30″ one, you can always get a tiny-ish 30″ by 18″ one.

Ward decided not to hit the road with Black Sabbath for their new album 13, but you can check out more on his art at BillWardDrumArt.com.
