Know what’s nifty? The internet. I know I’m going out on a limb here, but it’s TRUE. Think about it: we have the collected wisdom of the entirety of mankind accessible to us at all times. Isn’t that amazing!? Here, check this out. Who was the king of France during the 12th century? I don’t know, but why don’t we look it up? Looks like mostly Louis VI and VII. BOOM. THAT TOOK 20 SECONDS! This thing — this series of tubes — is pretty remarkable.

And what better way to use this thing that allows us to share information and tap into the legacy of those who came before than to look up tailgating tips. What, did you think we were going to recommend you learn to play piano or something? Pish posh. Without further ado, let’s dive into a pool of melty cheese, barbeque sauce and ice cold beers. Which is all a metaphorical way of saying let’s check out our favorite tailgating websites.

10. Tailgate Fan

Hey, don’t judge, Elmer Fudd…ge? Sure, this may seem a little self-promotional, but we’re nothing if not confident at Tailgate Fan. And we truly believe we’ve got one of the best tailgating sites on el internet-o. We’re your one-stop shop for videos, recipes, gear suggestions and, of course, the oft-hysterical, usually a little sad, top 10 lists. We invite you to take a peek around the rest of the site and revel in the tailgate-y goodness. And besides, at least we had the humility to put ourselves low on the list.

9. American Tailgater

At first, I thought this website was the name of some kind of superhero. Like, a cross between Captain America and Barney Gumble. He’d show up at crucial moments during your lagging tailgate and start hucking tallboys and brats at people while humming Toby Keith songs. But alas, instead this site is home to nothing but tailgate gear. Here’s where I found the description of the wine rack, which we featured during our top 10 drinking vessels article. Y’know, come to think of it, hinging your retail operation on tailgating means that your black friday is probably sometime in late August, huh? Anyway, check out our gear section, and then hop over to American Tailgater to see what they have!
