This week’s Stay In Shape With Jack FM is all about helping with your constipation.

While wearing your lovely pink leotard, bend over with your firm buttocks in the air.  Inhale and then exhale while keeping your mouth wide open and tongue out.

Be sure to give a little push once in a while.

Some may call it a side stretch to get rid of side flab, spare tire and help your waistline, but we prefer to call it battling constipation.

Just a fair warning, you may need to replace your leotard if things start moving, if you know what we mean.
