Why did the chicken cross the road? To hold up the competing chicken chain on the other side.

A 50-year-old man in South Carolina engaged in some fowl play when he was fired from his job at a Chick-fil-A. After not showing up to work two days in a row, Jeffrey Coley was sentenced to unemployment. Instead of throwing himself into the unemployment frying pan, Coley decided to rip-off a KFC for the measly sum of $516 at gunpoint.

Now, with the charges of armed robbery, possession of a gun, failure to stop for police, and meth possession, Coley will probably be missing out on all that artery-bursting fried chicken while in prison, but maybe he’ll learn some valuable job skills and/or learn that meth is one hell of a drug.
