The Original In-N-Out
13766 Francisquito Ave.
Baldwin Park, CA 91706
www.in-n-out.com In-N-Out is one of California’s most popular burger joints that can only be found on the left side of the country. While these tasty burgers can be found in Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Texas, the very first In-N-Out can only be found in Los Angeles. Opened in 1948, the original In-N-Out drive-thru burger joint took up 10 square feet at Francisquito and Garvey in Baldwin Park in Los Angeles. The original structure remains in place but is now merely a replica and serves as a museum where fans of the franchise can walk through the structure instead of driving thru. If you’re looking to get your In-N-Out fix the nearest restaurant is a skip away at 13850 Francisquito Ave.

Angelyne
www.facebook.com/officialangelyne Angelyne is sort of like a unicorn running loose in Los Angeles. There are numerous reports of sightings but until you see the woman and her candy pink Corvette for yourself, it’s simply just a rumor. Angelyne is considered to be the very first famous-for-being-famous Hollywood celebrity. Back in the ’80s she was a struggling actress/musician with bit parts in “Earth Girls Are Easy” and “Homer and Eddie.” Her band, Angelyne, released a music video titled “My List,” but it was her racy billboards that became her only claim to fame. Rumors of a wealthy boyfriend is how she maintains her iconic image, while others claim she has investors. Whatever way she manages, the aging socialite can still be seen around town in short, tight dresses with her trademark blond hair and will never refuse a photo op.
